Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (the “Company” and its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”) (Stock codes: 0175 (HKD counter) and 80175 (RMB counter)) is an automobile manufacturer, focusing on development, manufacturing, and sales of passenger vehicles. The Group sells its products primarily in the Chinese market and exports to many countries around the world. The Company’s shares are listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; the controlling shareholder of the Company is Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Company Limited, a private company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) which is wholly owned by Mr. Li Shu Fu, the Company’s substantial shareholder and chairman of its board of directors, and his associate. The Group established its headquarters in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the PRC, with 13 manufacturing plants in Chunxiao, Xiangtan, Baoji, Linhai, Jinzhong, Qiantang, Hangzhou Bay, Guiyang, Changxing, Xi’an, Yuyao, Chengdu and Zhangjiakou in the PRC, with a total annual production capacity of 2,610,000 units of vehicles per double shift as at the end of 2025. The Group’s three brands include Geely, Lynk&Co and ZEEKR covering the mass market to luxury car market. By the end of 2025, the Geely brand had 997 first-tier dealer stores for China Star series, and 1,220 first-tier dealer stores for Geely Galaxy brand in China, its products are also sold through other distribution networks. Meanwhile, the Geely brand exports products to 86 countries through 76 sales agents and 1,263 sales and service outlets. The ZEEKR brand operates 689 stores worldwide, of which 537 are in China and 152 are in more than 48 countries/regions. The Lynk&Co brand serves its customers in China through 378 “Lynk&Co Centers”, 49 new energy centers and 154 new energy retail centers. In Europe, 5 Clubs and 107 dealer sales outlets have been put into operation, and 83 dealer outlets have been put into operation in the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East to sell to 25 countries/regions.
Since the release of the “Smart Geely 2025” strategy in 2021, the Group has built a long-term core competitiveness by establishing a “seven vertical” technology system centered on intelligent driving, intelligent cockpits, electronic architecture, vehicle architecture, batteries, electric drives, and super electric hybrid, through diversification of new energy and establishment of full-domain AI. During the year, the Group accelerated intelligent innovation by establishing the first “Full-Domain AI” technology system for intelligent vehicles, the Xingrui Intelligent Computing Centre 2.0 and other technical foundations, officially deploying the “G-ASD” driver assistance system in vehicles, and launching the Geely Global Comprehensive Safety Centre. These efforts have enabled the full application of full-domain
AI technology achievements in the automotive industry chain.
With a total workforce of 73,000 staff at the end of 2025, the Group is dedicated to fostering its core strength in electrification and intelligentization, product quality, customer satisfaction, supply chains and sustainability, so as to achieve the Group’s annual sales volume target of 3.45 million units of vehicles by 2026.
